Welcoming the all new Chefs Demo arena with live demos by some of the leading chefs in the Country. They will be giving demonstrations on game cookery, wild boar butchery, deer butchery and sausage making.

Alan is a culinary consultant offering in depth knowledge and experience in product development as well as offering food and beverage companies an introduction to the Retail markets and International chefs network. Alan has worked in Michelin star restaurants in Monte Carlo and as head chef, opened the largest 4 star hotel in Europe, consisting of a 1098 rooms and leading an international culinary brigade of over 68 chefs.
Well known for his foodie enthusiasm both on and off the small screen Tim Maddams is an author, food writer and Cook most well known for his work on the River Cottage TV series. Tim’s passion for all things fresh and seasonal comes across well in his informative, witty, fun and practical cookery demonstrations that can be seen at country shows and events across the country. Tim writes for the Shooting Times, Sporting Shooter and Borough Market and his knowledge across the co existing worlds of field-sports, food and foraging make his demonstrations deeply thoughtful whilst remaining light hearted.
